There are numerous occasions where game behaviour/functionality is changed, without an announcement being made. Generally speaking these changes are so minor and do not warrant a Quick News entry or an entire thread in the forums. However there should be a location where players can check - if they so wish - if something they think has changed, has indeed done so. This is that place.
